Find the gaps before the auditor does.

We find gaps, contradictions, duplication and risks in your SOPs, policies and other regulatory documents. Then we make sure they stay up to date as regulations change.

Document excerpt§23 · Monitoring and audit

Frequency and plans for auditing trial conduct

Monitoring and audits will be conducted by University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW), on behalf of the Sponsor, and will ensure adherence to ICH GCP (International Conference on Harmonisation for Good Clinical Practice) and the aforementioned regulations. All trial-related documents will be made available on request for monitoring and audit by the Sponsor, the relevant REC and for inspection by MHRA and other licensing bodies.

A Trial Monitoring Plan has been developed by the Sponsors and agreed upon by the TMG and CI based on the trial risk assessment which may include on-site monitoring. Monitoring will be initiated using a risk-based approach.

How we work

From your documents to a review your team can use.

Illustrative workflow

A traceable path from source to decision.

01 / INPUT Your documents
Procedure or policyApplicable requirements
02 / REVIEW Suggested finding

Passage, issue and cited source together.

03 / DECISION Human-in-the-loop

Confirm, amend or reject the finding.

When a document or requirement changes, agree what to review again.

Where to start

Start with one process.
AuditThread will keep it current for you.

An audit or inspection is coming up.

We check the documents in scope against the regulations you'll be inspected on, and against each other. Each finding points to the section and requirement behind it.

What we find

Documents and regulatory requirements can change

A revised SOP or new guidance can open a gap in your documents. We make sure you are still ready for your audits whenever they come.

How an engagement works

What we find

Compliance is 24/7.
So are our models.

Your team knows the rules. The risk sits in whatever has changed since the last review or documents contradicting each other without anyone noticing.

Find the gaps

We set AuditThread up for the regulations and guidance you must meet, such as MHRA, EMA or FDA pharmacovigilance requirements. It checks your SOPs, policies and work instructions against them, and against each other, for gaps, contradictions, duplication and risks.

Stay current

Documents get revised and regulations change. We re-check when either does, to help you stay compliant between audits, not just before them.

Check our work

Every finding can be tracked to its source for any auditor to check. Our evals platform tests the AI model on documents with known issues, and records what it catches, misses and invents. The model improves with each review but the final call remains with humans.
